Alorion's role

Alorion is presented on this website as an Ontario-based technology and digital-product-development company. Tripanion is referenced as a software product associated with its development history and current redevelopment activities.

No travel sales through this website

Alorion does not currently offer hotel reservations, sell travel packages, receive traveller deposits or contract to provide hotel accommodation through this website. Nothing on this website constitutes a travel offer, booking invitation or guarantee of a future product release.

Planned operating structure

Future Tripanion travel-related commercial operations are intended to be undertaken by a separate Manitoba corporation, subject to incorporation, contracts, payment arrangements and any applicable licensing or regulatory requirements. The intended Manitoba corporation has not yet been incorporated. It is not currently a separate legal contracting party.

Distinct roles, actual conduct

Any future entities may share ownership, management, technology or service relationships while retaining legally distinct roles. However, legal characterization depends on actual conduct and applicable law; a corporate-separation statement does not, on its own, exempt activity from Ontario or other travel-sector regulation.

No partnership representation

The reference to Tripanion does not imply that a hotel, airline, destination, government body or other third party has endorsed, invested in, contracted with or formally partnered with Alorion or Tripanion.

The precise registered corporate name, incorporation date, Ontario corporation number, registered office address and authorized director names are to be reconciled with official records before being published as verified legal facts.
